We are so excited to make January our Wellbeing Month! This month, we’ll be focusing on healthy bodies, healthy minds, and healthy hearts as we kick off the new year in a positive and active way.

Healthy Eating:
We’ll be encouraging good nutrition by introducing Fruity Fridays and taking part in the Food Dudes programme, where pupils will try a variety of fruits and vegetables while learning all about healthy eating in a fun and engaging way.

Healthy Bodies:
There will be plenty of movement and exercise as we welcome visiting coaches to our school for athletics, rugby, and soccer training every week. We’re excited to keep our bodies active, strong, and energised!

Healthy Minds:
We’ll also be focusing on wellbeing and happiness—spending time reading, enjoying activities we love, connecting with friends, learning Bible verses, and taking time to reflect and meditate on the Word of God.
